Renting construction equipment from our business is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our growing inventory of construction equipment, including excavators, compact loaders, and more. Once you've selected the equipment you need for your project, submit a rental request online or contact our team. We'll work with you to confirm availability, discuss rental terms, and provide you with a quote. After we've agreed on the details, we'll arrange for the equipment to be delivered to your project site. When your rental period is complete, we'll coordinate the equipment's pick-up. It's a convenient way to access the machinery you need for your construction projects.

You may have the option to extend the rental period if your construction project takes longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms to the extent possible. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that construction schedules can change, and we're here to support your project's evolving needs.

Damage Waiver Protection is an optional fee (highly recommended) that limits your financial responsibility for accidental damage to the equipment during your rental. It costs 12% of the equipment rental fees and includes a $2,500 deductible. It is not insurance and does not cover loss, theft, misuse, or neglect. You remain responsible for any exclusions, but the waiver can reduce unexpected costs from normal accidents that may occur during proper use.  Full details of the waiver, including exclusions, are included in the Rental Agreement.

Example: If you rent a $65,000 excavator for one day at $300, the Damage Waiver costs only $36 (12% of the rental fee). If the excavator suffers significant accidental damage during proper use, your liability would be waived except for the $2,500 deductible.  Without the Damage Waiver, you'd be responsible for the damages up to the full $65,000 replacement value in addition to any lost rental income for the duration of time the equipment is out of service due to the damage/repairs.

Yes! At On Site Construction Rentals, we deeply appreciate the service and sacrifice of our men and women in uniform—including military personnel and first responders. As a thank-you, we proudly offer 10% off all rentals with valid ID verification.

We also run periodic promotions and incentives available to the general public. These are typically announced right here on our website and through our Facebook page (be sure to follow us so you don’t miss out!).

In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately. We have a dedicated service team ready to assist you. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

Yes—we’re a full-service rental company and we want to make your experience as simple and hassle-free as possible. That’s why we prefer to deliver your equipment directly to you.

Our delivery fees are for roundtrip based on distance, since no two jobsites are the same:

• Local Delivery (up to 15 miles away): $75 roundtrip
• Standard Delivery (15–30 miles away): $150 roundtrip
• Long-Distance Delivery (30+ miles away): Starting at $200 roundtrip (final cost calculated based on actual mileage and entered manually at booking)

By letting us handle delivery and pickup, you save time, avoid the headache of transport logistics, and can focus on getting your project done right.

For those who have the appropriate trailering equipment, customer pick-up and return is also available.
